- Notifying the u31 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Updating your personal information whenever changes occur, including your phone number and email address.
U31 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a member's negligence in safeguarding their account credentials.
U31 supports a variety of payment methods including Malaysian local banks, e-wallets, and other digital methods listed on the platform. General deposit conditions are as follows:
- The minimum deposit amount depends on the selected payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process.
- All deposits are processed automatically and credited to the account within the timeframe specified by the payment method.
- Members must ensure that all deposited funds belong to them and have been obtained through lawful means.
- U31 is not responsible for any deposit delays or failures caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
- All financial transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your payment data.
Withdrawals from your u31 account are subject to the following conditions:
- Members must complete the full KYC process before their first withdrawal request can be processed.
- Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set and may vary depending on the selected payment method.

- U31 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if there are any signs of fraudulent activity or terms violations currently under investigation.
- Any taxes or charges imposed by banks or payment processors are the sole responsibility of the member.
All bonuses and promotions offered by u31 are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. General terms applicable to all bonuses are:
- Welcome bonuses are only available to new members registering for the first time.
- Wagering requirements must be fully met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses may not be transferred, directly converted to cash, or shared with other users.
- U31 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through unauthorized means, including the use of multiple accounts or system exploitation.
- Promotional offers are subject to a specified validity period. Unused bonuses will expire automatically after that period.
All games available on u31 operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by an independent body. This ensures fairness and transparency in every game round. Members agree that:
- The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of "luck" or personal assumptions.
- In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, u31 will settle the bet based on recorded server data.
- Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified once a game has started.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the u31 platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:
- Use of bots, automation scripts, or third-party software to influence game outcomes.

- Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities. Any vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to our technical support team.
- Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
- Registering an account using another person's identity or false information.
- Abusing u31's referral or bonus program in ways not intended by u31.
U31 reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
- There are indications of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or security threats.
- A voluntary request from a member to close their own account.
If an account is closed due to a violation, u31 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any remaining balance in that account, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.
U31 shall not be liable for:
- Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of game outcomes, including losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control.
- Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, cyberattacks, or natural disasters.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
U31's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.
U31 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the member's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the u31 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
